# How to connect your WhatsApp Business account?

To start receiving orders from WhatsApp, you need to connect your WhatsApp
Business account to Orders App. This guide walks you through the whole process,
from signing in to seeing your account connected. It takes just a few minutes.


SIGN IN TO ORDERS APP

Download Orders App
[https://apps.apple.com/ae/app/orders-manage-dms-sales/id6757393092] on your
device and sign in via Email, Phone number or Google.



Once you're in, you'll land on your Orders dashboard. If you haven't connected a
channel yet, you'll see "No orders yet" here.






CONNECT WHATSAPP

On your dashboard, go to Settings and tap the Connect button next to WhatsApp
Business.







This opens Meta's secure setup flow, where you'll log in and choose the business
details to share with Orders App. Orders App connects through Meta, so your
WhatsApp Business account stays safe and you keep full access to it.


SELECT YOUR BUSINESS ASSETS

Meta will ask you to select the business assets to share with Orders App. You
can use existing assets or create new ones.



Business portfolio: choose an existing portfolio or create a new one.

WhatsApp Business account: choose Create a WhatsApp Business account or Connect
a WhatsApp Business app if you already have one.





In this example, we'll be creating new assets. Fill in your business
information:

A name for your new asset (only visible to you).

Email

Your business email address.

Country

The country your business operates in.

Website

Your business website (you can use your Orders.app [http://Orders.app] link).



Tap Next when you're done.


ADD YOUR WHATSAPP BUSINESS PHONE NUMBER

Select your country code and enter your WhatsApp Business phone number, then tap
Next.





If you already use the WhatsApp Business app, you can connect your existing
number here. You'll still have full access to your WhatsApp Business app and can
keep using it as normal.


IMPORT CONTACTS

Next, you'll import your contacts and chat history. Copy the access code on this
page.









Go back to WhatsApp Business and look for a message from the official Facebook
business account. Here, tap the Connect button.





Choose whether you want to Share all chats or Don't share chats, then tap
Confirm.





Paste the access code from your Orders App setup screen.






YOU'RE CONNECTED 🎉

Once setup is complete, you'll see a "Your account is connected" message. Your
assets have been created, and Orders App will review your business to make sure
it complies with WhatsApp's Commerce Policy, usually within 24 hours.





Note



To check your connection any time, go to Settings > Integrations. Your WhatsApp
Business number will show a green Connected label.
